Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 111 South 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue, the lot is near the Marcy Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Jack Wolcowitz of Hamilton Eastman is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 29,595 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 65 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 455 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have two cellar levels, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 50 open parking spaces.

Baobab Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
