Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 217 Eckford Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Meserole Avenue and Norman Avenue, the lot is near the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Bobby Kaczor under the Diamond Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,903 square feet designated for residential space.
