Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the structure yields 30 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are ten units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $92,572 to $218,010.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, storage, elevator, virtual doorman, package lockers, and rooftop terrace. Units are equipped with air conditioning, washers and dryers, and name-brand countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,700 for incomes ranging from $92,572 to $161,590; four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,050 for incomes ranging from $104,572 to $181,740; and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,950 for incomes ranging from $135,429 to $218,010.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 15, 2025.
