Located between East 187th Street and East 188th Street, the lot is closest to the Fordham Road subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Ylli Sufaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 48-foot-tall development will yield 7,802 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 600 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and seven open parking spaces.
Node Architecture Engineering Consulting PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
