Designed by NY Building Associates and developed by Yitzchok Katz of Developing NY State, the structure yields 185 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,155 to $218,010.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, garage with assigned parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations, a shared laundry room, common area wifi, gym, yoga and dance studio, media room, business center, children’s playroom, virtual doorman, and a rooftop terrace. Residences are equipped with dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $1,757 for incomes ranging from $63,155 to $99,440; 29 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,875 for incomes ranging from $68,126 to $111,840; and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,232 for incomes ranging from $83,178 to $134,160.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $3,105 for incomes ranging from $106,458 to $161,590; 14 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,317 for incomes ranging from $113,726 to $181,740; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,963 for incomes ranging from $135,875 to $218,010.
