UNLMTD Real Estate recently celebrated the completion of FIAT House, a new residential building located at 2100 North Central Road in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The development is the first FIAT-branded residential building globally, and contains more than 300 units ranging from studio to three-bedroom configurations.
The architectural and interior design of FIAT House is inspired by the FIAT 500. Residences feature oversized windows and Energy Star appliances, with select homes offering private outdoor spaces and built-in Murphy beds and desks. Immediate occupancy is available for the property.
FIAT House features a range of amenities, including electric car rentals, a rooftop deck with cabanas and fire pits, and the 500 Lounge, which plans to open this summer. Additional amenities include a communal kitchen, gym, cinema, library, and a game room. UNLMTD Real Estate has collaborated with URBN Playground to manage the communal spaces at the property. A building-exclusive app will allow residents to book services and stay informed about community events.
FIAT House provides residents immediate access to Manhattan, eight major highways, and various public transit options. The building also offers an onsite car-sharing fleet of all-electric FIAT 500e vehicles, available starting this summer.
“At FIAT House, we are redefining the paradigms of urban living,” said Gabriella LoConte, development lead of UNLMTD Real Estate, a leading regional real estate development, investment, and property management company. “This community transcends conventional residential offerings, fostering an environment where sustainability, convenience, and a vibrant sense of community converge. We are thrilled to open our doors to those ready to embrace this new standard of living.”

Great location for any cyclist who wants to take advantage of the newly reconstructed Northwalk on the GWB to bike into NYC every day.
No Swim up bar?
Is this the building that was under construction for like twenty years?
The atmosphere was not fervent with people sitting there, or am I wrong? Thanks.
