Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 6414 8th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Located between 64th Street and 65th Street, the lot is near the 8th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N train. Guan Yu Li is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 88-foot-tall development will yield 19,187 square feet, with 11,334 square feet designated for community facility space and 7,853 square feet for commercial space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 68 enclosed parking spaces.

Sugnam Chang of Basic Groups Corp. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
