Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 4563 Furman Avenue in Wakefield, The Bronx. Located between East 239th Street and East 240th Street, the lot is one block from the Wakefield- 241st Street subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Elvis Dushi is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 66-foot-tall development will yield 23,620 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 35 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 27-foot-long rear yard.
Becall Engineering Services Inc. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
