Available on NYC Housing Connect are 16 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $105,223 to $181,740.

Amenities include dog park and dog washing station, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, gym, yoga and dance studio, community center, recreation center, children’s playroom, and a rooftop terrace. Homes come equipped with energy-efficient appliances, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.
