Permits have been filed for a 22-story mixed-use building at 163-25 Archer Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 165th Street and Guy R. Brewer Boulevard, the lot is near the 169th Street subway station, served by the E and F trains. Mary Serafy of BRP Development Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 250-foot-tall development will yield 288,320 square feet, with 286,192 square feet designated for residential space and 2,128 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 400 residences, with 60 percent of units are designated as income restricted housing. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, 36 open parking spaces, and 31 enclosed parking spaces.
Rachel Birnboim of Perkins Eastman is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
