Permits have been filed for a 22-story mixed-use building at 372 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Located between Flatbush Avenue and Nevins Street, the lot is near the Nevins Street subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Yitchok Katz of Developing NY State is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 235-foot-tall development will yield 189,236 square feet, with 184,287 square feet designated for residential space and 4,948 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 272 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 64 enclosed parking spaces.
Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Great band name—good eye!
This architect is far from a top shelf firm so I don’t expect anything impressive here, which makes losing the previous curved ensemble building all the more dissapointing.
