New images have been released of Bisby, a 34-story residential tower at 30 Park Lane North in Newport, Jersey City. Designed by Minno & Wasko and developed by LeFrak, the project yields 385 residences. The property is located adjacent to the Hudson River waterfront at the corner of River Drive North.
The development features a 33,000-square-foot rooftop deck featuring a private pickleball court, lawn, dog run, sun deck, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue grills. Inside, residents will have access to a two-level co-working space framed by double-height windows, a golf simulator, a content creation studio, a gaming lounge, and a fitness center.
Additional resident amenities will include a children’s playroom, bike storage, dog spa, a fully attended lobby, and a parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations.
Transit access is available via the nearby Newport PATH Station, offering service to Manhattan and various destinations in New Jersey.

Nice looking, They should emphasize on the style and size of the apartments-That’s a big seller.
I realize that this isn’t in NYC but the size of that parking garage is massive considering how much garages are in the immediate vicinity.
Are you suggesting residents park their car at some random public parking garage and walk to their apartment, rather than have a parking spot in the building they live in? Why, that’s an unnecessary inconvenience and would reduce the number of public parking spaces available to others that might work in the area.
Any apartments assigned for the low income disabled people?
