625 East 18th StreetInfinity Properties has filed applications to construct an eight-story and 14-unit residential building of 15,505 square feet at 625 East 18th Street, in Flatbush-Ditmas Park. Demolition of the existing two-story structure was approved in May; Gerald Caliendo is designing.

718 Nostrand AvenueAn anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and 10-unit residential building of 12,000 square feet at the vacant lots of 718-720 Nostrand Avenue, in Crown Heights. The site’s predecessor — a four-story dilapidated structure — was demolished in 2009; James Wu Chen is designing.

126 South 2nd StreetAn anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and three-unit residential building of 6,124 square feet at the vacant lots of 124-126 South 2nd Street, in Williamsburg; Melamed is designing.

43-32 160th StreetH&V Managament has filed applications to construct three, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of nearly 3,000 square feet — spanning 43-2843-36 160th Street, in the greater Flushing area south of Murray Hill. Demolition of existing two-story structures at 43-32 and 43-36 was approved in late June; filings for the three-story structure at 43-28 have yet to be processed.

162-16 75th RoadLivo Real Estate Development has received approval to expand the existing single-family abode at 162-16 75th Road — in Hillcrest — into a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,282 square feet. The developer has also filed to build a single-car garage.
