2154 Atlantic Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and eight-unit residential building of nearly 6,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 2154 Atlantic Avenue, in northern Brownsville; Shahriar Afshari is listed as the architect.
1980 East 2nd Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family mansion of 5,330 square feet at 1980 East 2nd Street, in Gravesend; an existing two-story structure must first be demolished, and Warren Meister is designing.
1716 Utica Avenue: Applications have been filed for a single-story and 2,912 square-foot commercial building spanning 1716-1726 Utica Avenue, in the Flatlands; an existing gas station will first need to be demolished.
679 East 52nd Street: Metropolitan Homes have filed applications for twin, two-story and two-unit residential buildings of 2,640 square feet spanning 677-679 East 52nd Street, in East Flatbush; the site’s dilapidated two-story predecessor was demolished in May.
QUEENS:
100-11 40th Road: An LLC has filed applications to begin construction on a four-story and seven-unit residential building of nearly 5,000 square feet at 100-11 40th Road, in North Corona. An existing two-story structure was approved for demolition last December, and An Shen Ma is on record as architect.
38-16 108th Street: Kenyuk Cheung LLC has filed applications to begin construction on a four-story and six-unit mixed-use building totaling nearly 5,000 square feet at 38-16 108th Street, in North Corona; demolition recently began on an existing two-story structure, and An Shen Ma is the architect of record.
