MANHATTAN:

445 East 68th Street: Applications have been filed for the construction of New York Presbyterian Hospital’s new expansion to rise at 437-449 East 68th Street, on the Upper East Side. Since YIMBY’s last update, the scope of plans has changed, and now comes in the form of a 17-story and 551,700 square-foot hospital tower. Demolition of the old buildings is complete, and completion is expected by 2017.

BROOKLYN:

124 Boerum Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 5,500 square feet at 124 Boerum Street, in Williamsburg. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

87-32 133rd Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 3,300 square feet at the vacant lot of 87-32 133rd Street, in eastern Richmond Hill. The site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2005.

151-82 19th Avenue: Applications have been filed for the expansion of an existing 1.5-story abode to a two-story, two-unit residential building of nearly 3,000 square feet at 151-82 19th Avenue, in Whitestone.

STATEN ISLAND:

41 Arbutus Way: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family home of 2,460 square feet at the vacant lot of 41 Arbutus Way, in Annadale; Calvanico Associate Architect & Engineering is designing.
