39-35 27th Street [Queens Courier]: Dutch Kills Partners LLC has placed the stalled and partially constructed nine-story, 79-key hotel — at 39-35 27th Street, in Long Island City — on the market in hope “to sell to the highest bidder.” The planned 29,730 square-foot structure “is one-third complete.”
69 East 125th Street [Wall Street Journal]: Greystone & Co. purchased the lots spanning 69-75 East 125th Street, in Harlem, “earlier this month [for] $11.5 million.” The developer plans to build a mixed-use building with 75 units, “with retail on the ground floor,” and multiple low-rise structures must first be demolished.

309 Lenox Road [CPEX Real Estate]: A 2.5-story structure at 309 Lenox Road, in East Flatbush, is being marketed as a development site for $1.7 million. The 6,000 square-foot property contains 20,640 square feet of building potential, and condos or rentals could be constructed.
