112-44 38th Avenue: 52 Management Corp. has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 5,500 square feet at 112-44 38th Avenue, in North Corona. Flander Julien is the architect of record, and an existing single-story abode must first be demolished.
112-37 Springfield Boulevard: Applications have been filed for a single-story, 3,376 square-foot commercial building at the vacant lot of 112-37 Springfield Boulevard, in southern Queens Village; Dal H Chun Engineer is the architect of record.
26 Hudson Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family home of 2,032 square feet at 26 Hudson Walk, in Breezy point.
STATEN ISLAND:
24 Forest Street: Forest Home Designs has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building of nearly 2,200 square feet at the vacant lot of 24 Forest Street, in Bulls Head.
