2702 West 15th Street: First filed in late 2012, new applications have recently revived plans for SO Development Enterprises’ three-story, 19,075 square-foot manufacturing building at 2702 West 15th Street, on Coney Island. Marin Nanca Architects is designing, and the parcel is currently vacant.
34 Maspeth Avenue: Originally filed over two years ago, additional permits have recently been submitted for a five-story, five-unit residential building measuring 6,350 square feet at 34 Maspeth Avenue, in East Williamsburg. Christopher Papa is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse was approved for demolition last year.
311 Melrose Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 311 Melrose Street, in northern Bushwick. Michael Avramides is designing.
98 Degraw Street: First filed in October 2012, new applications have revived plans for a three-story, single-family residence measuring 3,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 98 Degraw Street, in the Columbia Street Waterfront District. Alex Barrett, of Barrett Architecture, is designing.
QUEENS:
41-10 27th Street: An LLC has filed applications for an 18-story, 110-unit mixed-use residential and retail building measuring 90,069 square feet to span the vacant lots of 41-06 – 41-10 27th Street, in Long Island City. Raymond Chan is designing, and the site’s former two-story structure was demolished in 2008.
237-22 93rd Road: Babloo Homes filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building at 237-22 93rd Road, in southern Bellerose Floral Park. Another application has been filed for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 947 square feet at the also-vacant lot of 237-24 93rd Road.
189 Bayside Drive: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 664 square feet at 189 Bayside Avenue, in Breezy Point. An old single-story structure was demolished in 2014.
STATEN ISLAND:
419 Hunter Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family house measuring 1,245 square feet at 419 Hunter Avenue, in Midland Beach. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
