A single-story structure must first be demolished, and completion is expected in late 2016.

203 East 92nd Street [A Fine Blog]: Filed early last year, Related’s planned 36-story, 231-unit mixed-use tower at 203-205 East 92nd Street, on the Upper East Side, has risen to the second floor. A school and retail space will be located in the building, and completion by 2017 seems reasonable.
34 West 17th Street [The Real Deal]: Atkins & Breskin has acquired the 10-story, 25,000 square-foot commercial building at 34 West 17th Street, in Union Square, for $20 million. Hustvedt Culter Architect is designing a condo conversion, and completion is expected in 2016.

42-15 Crescent Street [The Court Square Blog]: Façade installation appears complete at Meadow Partners’ 124-unit residential and retail conversion of the 11-story building at 42-15 Crescent Street, in Long Island City. Completion is scheduled “for early next year.”
573 4th Avenue [South Slope News]: A two-story structure at 573 4th Avenue, in South Slope, has been placed on the market for $5 million as a development site. The lot comes with pre-approved plans for a nine-story, 10-unit mixed-use building, and demolition began on the existing structure last Fall.

337 Degraw Street [Pardon Me For Asking]: The long-planned four-story, four-unit residential building at 337 Degraw Street, in Carroll Gardens, is topped out, but has stalled due to “contractor withdrawal.” Façade has yet to be installed on the nearly 6,900 square-foot structure.
