An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a six-story mixed-use building at 267 58th Street, in western Sunset Park. The project will measure 9,020 square feet and feature 3,031 square feet of space for a community facility on the ground and second floors, followed by a 5,989-square-foot, 16-key hotel on the third through sixth floors. The cellar will host the hotel’s office space. Brooklyn-based City Building NY Architect is the architect of record. The 30-foot-wide, 3,005-square-foot plot is vacant.

Why do these posts list the owner as an anonymous LLC? The permit filing has an owner name on it, and YIMBY could easily post that along with the LLC name.
