A Brooklyn-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building at 1544 Nostrand Avenue, in Flatbush. The project will measure 8,893 square feet and its residential units should average 889 square feet apiece. Two apartments on the fourth floor will also feature space in an upper penthouse level. It’s unclear whether the units will be rentals or condominiums. Michael Avramides’s Midtown East-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 3,285-square-foot site is occupied by a three-story residential structure. Demolition permits were recently filed.

YIMBY..before weekend I want to describe my feelings about mission on your development service and progress (also construction) I can’t remember that I had commented into the website but I really enjoy reading, noticing and admiring plans and projects. Sometimes I can’t imagine to the designs on structure in renderings (clever and able to think) but developer can do it (I applaud). In the last section of details announced on every pages in this week from past until now to the future end I wish you have a happy life with smiling on fine weather of 2017 (relax) and I miss you always my friend. Four-story is the work for Flatbush, building and property with residential. (See you later and thank you) (^_^)
