Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 73 Martense Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford and Flatbush Avenues, the lot is located between two Church Avenue subway stations, served by the 2, 5, B, and Q trains. Elliot Ambalo of 73 Martense 123 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 33,340 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 49 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.

Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional Service P.E. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
