Permits have been filed for a four-story structure at 207 Bay 35th Street, in Gravesend, Brooklyn. The 25th Avenue subway station lies just east of the property, and offers service on the D line. Kam Cheung Realty LLC is responsible for the development.
The structure itself is slated to rise 40 feet in height and will yield a total of 7,714 square feet of space. Of that, 6,114 square feet will go to residential use, divided between seven units. Averaging a size of 873 square feet, the size would normally argue for rentals, but in this instance, the pairing of developer and neighborhood may be a good bet for condominiums.
S M Tam Architect is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet and no estimated completion date is available.
