Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 101 Lake Street in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue S and Kings Highway, the lot is near the Kings Highway subway station, served by the F train. Joel Landau of Emerald Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 115-foot-tall development will yield 134,477 square feet, with 115,522 square feet designated for residential space and 18,955 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 55 residences with a total of 99 residences on the site, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,166 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 27 enclosed parking spaces.

Kao Hwa Lee Architects PC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in May for the single-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
