Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 6-05 129th Street, in College Point, Queens. The site is two and a half miles away from the Main Street-Flushing train station, serviced by the 7 train, a 16-minute bicycle ride. Weis Design Corp is listed as responsible for the development.
The 45-foot tall structure will yield 20,750 square feet, with 14,530 square feet dedicated to residential use. The building will create 24 apartments, averaging 605 square feet apiece, which indicates small rentals. 20 parking spaces will be created on site. Storage will be on site, likely for bicycles.
Fang Architect will be responsible for the design.
The site is overgrown and undeveloped. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
