Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2708 Snyder Avenue, in the residential neighborhood of East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Anchil Freidman is listed as the developer.
The 74-foot tall structure will yield 106,690 square feet, with 71,820 square feet dedicated to residential use, 13,510 square feet for a daycare, and 7,810 square feet for general retail. 105 apartments would be created, averaging 684 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.
Residents will have access to a 53-car garage and storage for 55 bicycles. Amenities include in-building laundry, a theater, exercise room, yoga room, and a sixth-floor open terrace.
S. Wider Architect P.C. will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits for the existing structure were filed in May. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

Please pardon me for using your space: Permits become to work in progress, though completion date blank.
Bleak crummy area but the apartments will probably rent out quickly. Retail will sit empty for months and months.
Don’t be too sure of that, there is housing crisis right now. Have you been to Williamsburg or Red Hook lately? ALL of Brooklyn is PRIME real state right now.
I would like an application
