Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 86 Starr Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is half a block away from the Maria Hernandez Park, and six blocks from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Ioan Sita is responsible for the development.
The 41-foot tall structure will yield 7,380 square feet, with 5,480 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created, averaging 685 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will have a laundry room and room for storage.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architect will be responsible for the design.
The lot is currently vacant, meaning construction can start as soon as permits are filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
