Permits have been filed for am eight-story community facility building at 3005 Grand Concourse in the Bedford Park neighborhood of the Bronx. The site is on the same block as Bedford Park Boulevard station, serviced by the D trains. Three blocks away is an identically named subway station, serviced by the 4 trains. Tracy Towers Medical PC is listed as behind the applications.
The 83-foot tall structure will yield 34,840 square feet, with 29,840 square feet dedicated to community facility use.
Badaly Architects will be responsible for the design.
The site has already been demolished, likely in preparation for another development planned for the lot, filed in April 2016. Construction can start as soon as the permits are approved, and completion is expected by 2020.

Please pardon me for using your space: Waxed on its way with an eight-story community facility building. (Thanks to you Andrew Nelson)
Badaly making a community facility. Wonder if it will look just like the standard building design they use?
