Latimer and Linden Management Corporation has filed updated plans for a 92-unit residential tower in Flushing, Queens. Located at 32-29 Linden Place, the corner property was sold to the developer in 2014 for $5.25 million and will soon break ground.
The seven-story building will also include a community facility spanning cellar, first, and second floors for a total 22,558 square feet. Residential area will occupy the majority of the structure at 63,408 square feet. No enclosed parking area is mentioned in the updated documents.
The developer has partnered with local architect Chang Hwa Tan for design of the building.
