Since launching sales in 2017, Extell’s latest property in New Jersey, The Lofts Pier Village, has now passed several milestones, with more than 100 residences now either sold or in-contract. Construction is also making major headway. Located in the Jersey Shore’s Long Branch community, Pier Village is being developed in collaboration with Kushner Companies, and the entire development is slated for completion in 2020.
Upon full completion, the resort-style development will feature 245 condominiums, 90,000 square feet of retail space, a 75-key boutique hotel, and a luxe assortment of amenities. Extell is behind the condos, while Kushner Companies is building the hotel and retail space.
“Our firm has built a reputation for creating luxury developments with impeccable views, striking architecture, elegant interior design and prime amenities throughout New York City,”said Tamar Rothenberg, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Extell. “We are now excited to bring this level of quality and sophistication to New Jersey.”
Designed by SHorePoint Architects with interiors by The Childs Dreyfus Group, each residence will feature floor to ceiling windows and open-floor layouts to maximize ocean views and the flow of natural light. While condominiums range from one to four bedrooms, all properties will offer either a balcony or terrace.
Amenities include a fitness center and yoga studio, a communal lounge and catering kitchen, a children’s playroom, a private screening room, a game room, a pet salon, storage areas for bicycles and items requiring refrigeration, outdoor kitchen and dining areas, a landscaped park, and complimentary shuttle service to the Long Branch New Jersey Transit station.
The final phase of the project will include construction of the boutique hotel and private beachfront amenities that include a four-season carousel, lounge, and recreation areas.
