Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1915 Beverly Road in Flatbush-Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the Q trains. Rosario Parlanti will be responsible for the development.
Giulio Zoida of Philip Toscano Architects will be responsible for the design. Some renderings have been published revealing three potential looks.
The 60-foot tall structure will yield 14,530 square feet, with 12,450 square feet dedicated to residential use. 18 apartments will be created, averaging 690 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will have a recreation space and a laundry room.
The estimated completion date has not been announced.
