  1. Please pardon me for using your space: Stratification on your development’s details so good. Thank you. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. I just don’t trust hotels. I believe they eventually become homeless shelters.

    • Exactly!! There is no need for a hotel in this area. If anything what is needed is housing but the developers want easy $$$ from the city government.

  3. Another shelter for the city to piss away taxpayer money lining the pockets of Bronx politicians and shady developers.

  4. A hotel? There? Kind of far from things to do? Future homeless shelter in the works

  5. Hotels are used for homeless shelters. No one traveling from out of state is staying here.
Parkchester neighborhood has become the dumping ground for sex offenders and drug addicts. Residents will be scared to walk the streets. Shame on the Mayor for messing up our neighborhoods and driving the middle class working families from their homes.

  6. This is got to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, a hotel at parkchester? There is no need for one in our neighborhood
This sounds like a homeless shelter to me.

  7. We do not need another shelter in our neighborhood. The Parkchester community will stand together to prevent this from happening. Parkchester is NOT the place for this.

  8. Please NO homeless shelter in our neighborhood.
