Permits have been filed for a five-story apartment building at 322 Graham Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Ainslie Street and Devoe Street, the interior lot is one block south of the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Joel Schwartz of Southside Units is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot tall development will yield 10,734 square feet, with 9,109 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 10 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 910 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a mezzanine, cellar, and 35-foot long rear yard.
Peter Pizzimenti R.A. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in October of 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
