New construction permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-used building 1415 Ogden Avenue in Highbridge, The Bronx. Located between University Avenue and West 171st Street, the interior lot is seven blocks west of the 170th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Harlem-based real estate development NCV Capital Partners is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 71-foot tall development will yield 74,430 square feet, with 55,404 square feet designated for residential space, 6,436 square feet for commercial space, and 533 square feet for community facilities. It will have 76 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 729 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 40-foot long rear yard.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
