As construction continues on a new residential building at 199 Montrose Avenue, architects J Frankl / C Mallea Associates have revealed a new rendering of the rising structure. The development, financed by Ranco Capital LLC, replaces a long-vacant corner property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
As reported by YIMBY in June 2018, the six-story structure will contain 9,010 square feet of commercial area, a 11,190 square-foot community facility, and 37,440 square feet of residential space divided among 55 rental units. In total, the structure will comprise 57,650 square feet.
Tenants will also have access to a laundry room, recreational space, a rooftop terrace, and on-site parking for 28 vehicles.

I count 7 stories.
Seven floors, not six, unless they are count first two bottom floors as floors One and Mezzanine floor for commercial/building amenities, then remaining 5 residential floors. This sometimes happens in lowrise structures like this.
That’ll be one of the largest retail spaces in the neighborhood. Maybe the largest.
