New permit applications from developer Oleg Krasnitsky are expected to facilitate the construction of a nine-story residential building at 733 Ocean Parkway. Located in the Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, the new structure will comprise 23,091 square feet including 30 apartment units.
The previous iteration of the project, also from Oleg Krasnitsky, included the construction of a nine-story structure with only 19 residential units. It is not clear why the developer has submitted new permits to the Department of Buildings.

Please pardon me for using your space: No hand-held on development reported from you, but we can hand on click and words out. (Thank you)
Well obviously by adding another 11 units into the same total square footage, each apartment is going to be considerably smaller so probably rentals?
