Construction is well underway on a four-story mixed-use building at 503 Evergreen Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The rising structure will comprise just over 9,000 square feet and top off at a modest 55 feet above ground.
The Urban View Real Estate Development Group project occupies the site of a former low-rise commercial building. The new structure’s residential component will span 6,547 square feet and include nine rental units. An unspecified community facility will occupy 2,475 square feet of the property. A rooftop terrace and one cellar level bring the development’s total area to 13,159 square feet.
To date, the developer has not confirmed building amenities, nor an expected date of completion.
