Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 108-63 Roosevelt Avenue in Corona, Queens. Located between 108 Street and 111 Street, the interior lot is two blocks from the 103 St-Corona Plaza subway station, serviced by the 7 train. John Po Sheng Hsu is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 44-foot tall development will yield 5,622 square feet, with 4,622 square feet designated for residential space and 1,000 square feet for commercial space. It will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 770 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, rooftop, and 44-foot long rear yard.

Michael Kang Architect is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
