Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 967 East Gun Hill Road in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Colden Avenue and Paulding Avenue, the lot is five blocks east of the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Raja Rizwan of R & S Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed development will yield 24,000 square feet, with 14,400 square feet designated for residential space and 600 square feet for commercial space. The masonry-based structure will have 22 residences with commercial space on the first floor, as well as a cellar and 11 enclosed parking spaces.
The building is designed by B2 Code Consultants and the applicant of record is Saleh & Associates.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
