Permits have been filed for a seven-story apartment building at 2724 Heath Avenue in University Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 193rd Street and West Kingsbridge Road, the lot is closest to the Marble Hill-225 Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Developer Stagg Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 51,610 square feet, with 40,901 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 64 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 639 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 32 enclosed parking spaces.
Walter Marin of Marin Architects is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

No have receptionist on your report, but prominent with new development on the ground. I don’t want to spray paint into details because it’s dirty, and it’s rude manners if I did like that. Part for a seven-story apartment building free from undeveloped feeling, according to your shape of words. Off duty as I am a reader, I will show my respect next speech. (Thanks to YIMBY)
I would like to receive an application for a 1bdrm apartment.
