Permits have been filed for a 19-story residential building at 330 West Fordham Road in University Heights, The Bronx. Located near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and West Fordham Road, the lot is near the University Heights MetroNorth train station, served by the Hudson line. Brad Zackson of Dynamic Star LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 216-foot-tall development will yield 495,346 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 506 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 978 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 295 enclosed parking spaces.
Bradford Perkins of Perkins Eastman Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
