Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 160 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford Avenue and Rogers Avenue, the lot is located two blocks from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The development is also near the Parkside Avenue station, serviced by the Q train. Ephraim Heimfield under the PLG Estates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 111,848 square feet, with 79,034 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 116 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 681 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 58 enclosed parking spaces.

David West of Hill West Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
