Work on No.33 Park Row, aka “Pearl on the Park,” has been making steady progress in the Financial District. Most of the floor-to-ceiling glass panels are now in place, with dark-colored steel frames enhancing the visual appearance. The 25-story apartment building is being designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners while Centurion Real Estate Partners is collaborating with Urban Muse to develop the corner site. The 331-foot-tall tower will contain 30 units.

The crown of No. 33 Park Row will feature a furnished, outdoor rooftop terrace. The northern and western orientation of No. 33 Park Row means residents will be able to get a perfect and uninterrupted view over City Hall Park, Cass Gilbert’s famous Woolworth Building, the top of One World Trade Center with its spire, the cupola and golden statue atop the Manhattan Municipal Building, and broad sunset skies.

This building will complete the transformation of Park Row, which has undergone a major upgrade thanks to the recent residential construction boom in the Financial District. With its glass and steel façade, No. 33 will stand out among the surrounding buildings, most of which are clad in stone.
No.33 Park Row is likely going to be finished around early 2020.
