Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2809 Clarendon Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 28th Street and East 29th Street, the lot is two blocks south of the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joseph Rubin under the PR 2809 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 11,232 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 702 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have seven enclosed parking spaces and a 33-foot-long rear yard.
Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in February of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
