Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1521 West 2nd Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between 65th Street and Avenue P, the lot is three blocks from the Avenue P subway station, serviced by the F train. Andy Ho under the 1521 W2 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 61-foot-tall development will yield 9,100 square feet, with 8,261 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 826 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 24-foot-long rear yard.
Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
