Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 1472 67th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between 14th and 15th Avenues, the lot is near the 71st Street subway station, served by the D train. Slawomir Wojda is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 17,106 square feet, with 13,247 square feet designated for residential space and 3,859 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 946 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and five open parking spaces.
Harry Simino of Simino Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed this month for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
