Demolition permits were filed in April of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Hello New York YIMBY: Open space where people can walk back and forth, and a nineteen-story commercial building: Is not a very tall structure but is not short.

Hallelujah! The fact that surface parking lots still exist in Manhattan while historic buildings get destroyed is a crime against our culture.
This corner parking lot eyesore will never be missed.

  3. This should be good. Cookfox does fine work.

  4. COOKFOX is pure sexy, and does every building they have ever done nicely. My favorite local firm alongside Adjmi and SHoP. This is the development that makes NYC much better, destroying parking lots, and building COOKFOX. Sadly, the disney HQ is the antithesis of this. Hoping that turns out better than the renderings, considering they are destroying a gorgeous historic building.
