Permits have been filed for a four-story residential at 285 East 169th Street in Claremont, The Bronx. Located at the intersection of College Avenue and East 169th Street, the lot is close to the 170th Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Shimshon Grunstein under the SHG 169 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 56-foot-tall development will yield 5,525 square feet, with 4,823 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 10 residences, with an average unit scope of 482 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Diego B Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
