Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 3301 White Plains Road in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Rosewood Street and Bartholdi Street, the lot is near the Burke Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. David Goldberger of Glowstone Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 37,000 square feet, with 34,638 square feet designated for residential space, 1,862 square feet for commercial space, and 500 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 57 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 607 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 25 open parking spaces and 25 enclosed parking spaces.

Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month for the single-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
