Located between Woodhaven Boulevard and Alderton Street, the lot is near the 63rd Drive-Rego Park subway station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. Joseph Szulecki is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 4,017 square feet, with 3,206 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have four residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 801 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and one enclosed parking space.
